Hi - 

Is there a way to document feedback or notes pertaining to a hotel in the Supplier Network?  Examples:  Hotel ABC has low ceilings, Hotel XYZ has amazing outdoor space,  do not use Hotel LMN, etc.   This pertains to the internal planner / sourcing notes, not attendees.  We currently capture outside of the system, but was curious about the possibility to note within Cvent.

Hello Emily, 

Based off your examples, I would suggest using Supplier Categories. It will only be visible to a user when they sign and use the Supplier Network, they are not public. You can add multiple tags, with descriptions. This will also allow you to standardize the notes.
