Hello - how can a planner stop a registrant from modifying their hotel request?

Thanks for your question!

To stop a registrant from modifying their own hotel request, disable the Allow registrants to edit requests setting on the Hotel Request widget for that registration path. Steps:

1. Go to the relevant registration path
2. Open the Accommodation page
3. Click the Hotel Request widget
4. In the right panel, open Request Setup
5. Turn off Allow registrants to edit requests
6. Publish the path/site

If you still needs to make updates manually, you can edit hotel requests from Attendees > Attendee List > invitee record > Registration > Modify Registration, or in bulk from Attendees > Manage Hotel Requests > Actions > Edit.
