When you say they are skipping it - is it not showing up for them as an option at all? Or are they somehow bypassing the form? If it is not showing up at all, check in the Hotel Accommodations > Hotel Request Setup if visibility is tied to Registration Type. If it is, go into each room type advanced settings and make sure that registration types are all listed. Another thing I would check is in the widget setting on the reg form, make sure that the "allow new requests until" date is not in the past.
