  • 1.  How can I delete an appointments event?

    We created an appointments events for our conference in September but have not launched it. We do not plan on using appointments this year so I would like to delete it so as not to confuse people that are in CVENT working on various events. But I cannot find any info anywhere on how to delete or inactivate or hide an appointments event. While I would prefer to delete it I am open to anything that will make it not show in the list under appointments. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!!

    Hi Maggie - 

    Unless something has changed recently with Appointments, I don't believe you can delete an Appointments Event from the list regardless of whether it has been launched or not.

    A recommendation would be to update the Appointments Name to include a ZZ or XX in front of the Event Title to push it to the bottom of the list.  Example:  ZZ - ABC Event - Do not use

    Well that stinks, but at least now I don't feel like I am going crazy not being able to figure it out. I appreciate the response and confirmation, Rebecca!
