  • 1.  How Do I Add Speakers to Sessions That Overlap

    I'm trying to add speakers to events and because their time overlaps, I can only add to one event. I need them to show up in both events, even though the overlap.

    Hi Matt,

    The only workaround I can think of would be to duplicate the speaker, but then they would show up twice on your speaker list so that's not really ideal either. I'd love to hear any other ideas people have used, too!

    Hi Matt,

    Currently, there is not a way for you to add one speaker to two sessions occurring at overlapping times. Our recommendation is to duplicate the speakers so you can assign that speaker to both sessions. For the duplicated records, you can elect to hide them from the speaker widget within the speaker settings "Display on Website."
