  • 1.  How do I copy a previous event from 2019?

    I would like to copy an event from 2019 but the option doesnt appear when trying to select the event.

    If the event was created in classic, copying it is not supported.  You have to build it fresh in Flex or Express.

    Create your new flex event.
    Export sessions from your classic event. Remove the session id. Edit the dates and times, etc.
    Import into flex. That will save some time.

    If you have questions it's easiest if you have multiple monitors to compare classic to flex.

    Hi Catrina,

    Kindly confirm if the event in question is a Classic event. Unfortunately, we no longer Support Classic events and hence they cannot be duplicated. The new event will have to be built in Flex or Express. Carl and Steven are both correct.
