I have created Spanish and Portuguese translated pages and only want those registration types to see the pages.  How do I set that up from the weblink?

From Marketing > Weblinks click the Create Link (top right) and a pop-up window will appear to fill in the information you need. 

• Name of the link - Either by language or reg type
• Reference ID: This will be appended to the custom URL and will help for tracking and keeping your links organized
• Choose the Landing Page
• From the Landing Page drop-down, you will see all your "web pages", and choose the Spanish or Portuguese page
• Registration Type: Choose your registration type from the drop-down

This will create a standard link with your customization and you will be able to share it with the specific registration type.
  Example: https://something.com/YLo38q?rt=VRVRU-YZCkalJu5i16iGNw&RefId=Spanish

I did that and it doesn't link to the page selected.  It goes to the original home page--not the spanish page selected when creating the link
