I saw a related post about this that mentioned that you can create sessions as days if invitees don't have to select agenda for different days. However, I want to create 1 event that spans 2 days. Invitees that register for the event would effectively be registering for both days. Is this possible?

Hello,

You can do this by just setting your event start and end dates to span the two days.  Then when attendees register, they are registering for the entire event, including both days.  This leaves you free to use admission items and sessions however else you need.
