We are hosting an event through Cvent and a person anonymously paid for another person to attend the event. That person wants to transfer the registration to the other person's email, but we can't figure out how to remove the previously saved credit card that has the name of the person giving the gift. Any ideas?

I'm not sure I fully understand who is trying to transfer whose registration, but is it possible to use payment credits to handle this exchange?  Cancel the first registration and refund it via payment credits, then manually go into each contact's record and deduct the payment credit from the first and add it to the second.  Then the second contact can register for the event with the payment credits that are now on that account.
