Hi Alexis,
Are you trying to have this happen for sessions in the registration process or sessions listed on the agenda page of your event website? Once the registration deadline hits, invitees will no longer be able to register for the event/it won't be open for new registrations, so attendees will not be able to register for the event and add on sessions. If you are allowing already registered registrants to modify their agenda past the registration deadline, but don't want them to be able to add on sessions past a particular date, when you are setting up the session(s) there is an "automatically closes on" setting within the session that you can set when the item will automatically close for registration at the start of this date. If you no longer want sessions to display on the agenda website page after a certain date, there is not an automatic setting for this, but you could always toggle off/deactivate the agenda website page from displaying altogether if you want to hide all sessions from the website or if you only want to hide some, you can change the "display on agenda" setting to "no" one-off within each applicable session or better yet by bulk editing your sessions on the session list > actions > edit > select display on agenda as a field and change to No for the applicable sessions > Save. Hi all! Fairly new to the platform here. Have been playing around with creating events, and cannot seem to find an option to set up sessions so that when the registration deadline has passed, the session's display automatically gets dropped/removed from the website. Thanks!
