So you would need to understand why you cannot delete an attendee that was accepted once and now in cancelled status. When the person has not registered, you can still remove them as it is just a name on your invitee list and not an attendee which is inclined to attend the event. Hence from a data stand point it makes sense to keep his status in the backend, because from a tracking standpoint you would need to know who registered and who cancelled for what reason.

Hi,
I am trying to figure out how to delete/remove registrants with the status of accepted. The current Cvent user in my organization always receives 1-2 registrants who cancel and they notify us via email then is on us to remove them from the event I have tried:
Clicking List Members> Remove and then I get the message "You can only remove invitees with status of No response or Visited"
I also tried to individually go the registrant click "Edit" and then it seems I cannot do anything with the status it always says "Accepted" and there is no way for me to change that status.
What else can I do? the event status is currently Cancelled
