  • 1.  How to Edit Administrator's Email Address

    I need to edit an administrator's email address (it was entered incorrectly). Is there a way to do that, and if not, are there any work arounds that would allow me to send the registration confirmations to the administrator? I submitted a case, but I have a feeling I will need to find a work around.

    Hello Kim,

    Just to clarify your question. The administrator's email address you are referring to is if someone registers on "behalf of"? If so, you will need access to the Address Book > Admin > Contact > Address Book to update the email address.

    I believe the Administrator Registration Confirmation email can't be sent manually but maybe using Test Send you can manually add a custom email and not sure if that will send to the person on not.

    Thank you James! I didn't realize the administrator's information was stored in the address book as well. I can't believe I didn't think of that.
