I tested it out and found where to edit this popup. If you open the website designer, click Theme at the right, click Pop-up Windows, change Header to whatever color background you want, click header text and choose a style or custom and up the font size and text color at the bottom, then save the changes to the theme and it should work. The error symbol color can't be edited in the popup area. It is driven by a certain color spot on the main theme (5 for me).

Hi Alexis, thanks for sharing this link.
That question's answers only addresses the background of the popup from my question. My current settings for background are white, with popup headers blue, and header text white. The issue with the popup in the screenshot I sent is that the header is green and the header text is blue.
