  • 1.  How to edit error message popups? Such as the "Looks like you're offline"

I am having trouble locating where to edit the colors in this error message in my event. In the theme, the header background is blue and text is white. Are these colors in the image of the error message tied to the theme? The blue is very hard to see on the green and I want to change it.
    Thank you.

This existing question gives steps for updating that area in the answer!

Hi Alexis, thanks for sharing this link.

That question's answers only addresses the background of the popup from my question. My current settings for background are white, with popup headers blue, and header text white. The issue with the popup in the screenshot I sent is that the header is green and the header text is blue.

    Hi Elizabeth,

To manage the pop-up colors and text, you will want to go to Theme > Theme Styling > Pop-up Windows > Header Text > Change color

I tested it out and found where to edit this popup.  If you open the website designer, click Theme at the right, click Pop-up Windows, change Header to whatever color background you want, click header text and choose a style or custom and up the font size and text color at the bottom, then save the changes to the theme and it should work. The error symbol color can't be edited in the popup area. It is driven by a certain color spot on the main theme (5 for me).

This link may help. Some of the theme colors are hard-coded to pop-up boxes, so the only way to change them is to change the theme color associated with it. https://support.cvent.com/s/communityarticle/Flex-s-Theme-Color-Defaults?is_article=true&lang=en_US&searchFor=what%20theme%20colors%20are%20tied%20to%20which%20pop%20up%20boxes

Hi Denise, thanks for sending the link.

For some reason, the color order in our theme still doesn't match that error message popup. I have attached: picture of color order showing up when looking at theme options, the actual color order, and the pop-up message theme.

I will keep digging, but thank you.

Hi, here's the list of Pop-Up Modal Colors.  This seems to match your screenshot above.
