  • 1.  How to know when an air actual has changed?

    Posted 09-11-2025 13:38

Once flights are integrated from Saber to Cvent, via the PNR matching, sometimes the flights fall off of the air actual – flight number/ time change / etc. Is there a way to know if one changed? Perhaps a report? Instead of having to do this manually? thanks!

    Hi Abigail,

    Hope you are well!

and unfortunately, there is no report available that captures the specific changes made. You may, however, try checking within the Global PNR section of your account by navigating to More > PNR Management. From there, you can search for the relevant record and review the "Retrieval Date" column. If multiple dates are listed, it indicates that one set of data was retrieved on one date and a different set on another. Please note, though, that this may not reflect data that was completely removed.

If you would like this further investigated or would like to explore other ways to obtain this information, I recommend opening a case with the Integrations team through Valarie. The team will be able to provide you with the necessary support.

    I hope this helps.
