Right now, Cvent's Exhibitor Emails don't support a data tag for booth name/number, so we're not able to automatically merge that field into exhibitor‑specific emails. As a workaround, we can either:
- Send a standard event email to your exhibitors (if they're registered attendees) using a custom 'Booth Number' field that we import as internal information and then pull into the email, or
- Attach or link a master list that shows all exhibitors with their assigned booth numbers.
This lets everyone receive their booth details, even though the exhibitor email tool itself can't yet personalize by booth number.

I am actively looking into this option as well and have a ticket open for the same scenario. I've tried data tags and custom data tags account-wide but they won't connect like needed.
For now what I have done is added a section into the email that says "View the 2026 Floorplan below to confirm your booth number." and then add a button with a link to the exhibit hall floor map.
It's not the best solution but the only one I've come up with for now. If I can set up anything better I'll make sure to add it to this thread.
