We sometimes have cancellations for our event, so I want to wait list some proposals that we received so I can easily add them to our event later if necessary. With the only options in the Abstract Management being "Accept" or "Reject", what is the best way to handle this?

Hi Lauren,

We do not have a "waitlist" status for abstract proposals at this point in time (we just have the submitted status, rejected status, accepted status and withdrawn status.) I would recommend submitting this as a product idea within the Participate tab > Product Ideas for our product team to consider for future enhancement requests.

In the meantime, you could choose to just leave the submissions in the submitted status and then approve them later on if they are ultimately accepted. Or if you do reject them initially, you have the option to change their status from rejected to accepted, so you could also go that route as well.
