Hi! 

I am planning my event and I set up 2 registration pathways - 1 for in-person attendees and 1 for hybrid attendees. The hybrid attendees are only allowed to register for 3 sessions and I have indicated that in General -> Registration Types. However, when I go to the Site Designer, it still allows hybrid attendees to register for all sessions! Any help would be so appreciated.

When looking at the Sessions widget in the site designer, this is not indicative of what your attendees will see. The best way to understand your attendee experience will be to do a test registration instead. This can be accomplished by following the guide on this article. You will want to select Registration Process > Through an email and select the appropriate contact type. This will guide you through that attendee's experience.
