There is not a "cancel" functionality within the survey tool, so do you mean that you deleted your survey that was in a draft status by pressing "delete"? If so, then no, there is not a way to recover it. If you mean that you archived the survey, then you can go to the archived surveys view on the surveys homepage and find it there.
