  • 1.  I want to track the Form Submission

    On the "Contact Us" page when I click the Contact Us button the form appears on top of the page and when I submit it, a success message appears (Message Sent - Your message has been sent). The form is not on the page, it's on top of the page (like a pop-up window), the page does not reload and there is No thank-you page

    I want to track the Form on the Contact Us page, using GTM, (https://event.r3medicaltraining.com/event/65d6d526-3c85-4bd6-8cba-2e66b2cd1b46/websitePage:e50fd0fd-f6fa-4372-995c-2b2f4109ee3e) but I was not able to track it, Google Tag Manager is already integrated with CVent.

    Can you give any suggestions about how to track the Form Submission using GTM? I research on Google, but I didn't find anything. 

    (I don't know what Topics options relate to inquiry, I selected eMarketing, Registration, Miscellaneous)

    Speaking from a general standpoint, Cvent does support Google Tag Manager and we can integrate the events with internal analytics through the use of code snippets. However, only an integrations specialist will be able to put more light on the usage of the same.
