Hello Cvent Community - I'm struggling with images (social media icons) in email footers. They look just fine in the web and tablet preview, but they are oversized and blurry in the mobile preview (and when I check the test email on my mobile device). Any suggestions on what I can do to ensure they appear correctly when our invitees open the email on their phone?  I resized the images from what our marketing team sent me, because the originals were a large size for this use case. In the designer for the footer, the only visual elements we have access to are text, headline, image, and button, so I'm using the image element.  Here's what it looks in the mobile vs web versions.

It would be easier to identify the issue if you post a screenshot of the email editor mode. That way, we can check how the images are being inserted and scaled.

In the meantime, here are some Cvent-recommended best practices to ensure the icons display correctly:

1. Use Proper Image Dimensions

• Recommended size: 22px x 22px to maintain clarity without overwhelming the email content.

2. Use the Right File Format

• Supported formats: JPG, PNG, or GIF (PNG is best for sharpness).

3. Keep File Sizes Small

• Ensure each file is under 100kb to prevent slow email loading and avoid spam filters.

4. Maintain Image Quality

• If your images appear blurry, try uploading a slightly larger version (e.g., 44px x 44px) and let Cvent scale it down.
