  • 1.  IMPORT RFP CONTRACTED AMOUNTS INTO BUDGET

    does anyone have a work around to import contracted/awarded hotel amounts into budget. Trying to decrease workload for agents when RFP is awarded would like to see the contracted amount imported automatically into the budget  - Lanyon had this feature and loved it.

    Hi Mary - 

    I believe that the functionality that you are looking for is available in Cvent but needs to be turned on at the account level - you may have to discuss with your Cvent Account Team.

    Note:  If you are already using "New Budgets", this functionality is not yet available.
