    If you have an internal note for someone then make any updates to registration, the internal note disappears?  Has anyone else experienced this or noticed?

    I haven't had this issue, but I'm not clear on if you are referring to changing the individual's registration or the registration path. I would think it shouldn't matter either way, but I have limited experience with internal notes, too.

    We have this issue as well - and it's really impacting us as we use internal information fields a lot in event reporting.  We've contacted support prevously - and no one let us know this was a known issue without a resolution date.  it would be really helpful if there was somewhere to see "known issues" and updates.

    I haven't had an internal note to know whether that is happening or not. Cvent has tech support - open a ticket and see if they can help you figure out why that is happening.

    Hi Lauren,

    Hope you are well.

    I have reviewed your query and I also checked our internal case logs.

    This is a known issue and our technology team is already working towards fixing it, however, it seems like it might take some time to get this fixed as it is affecting multiple Cvent Accounts.

    Looks like it's a known issue that they're working on, which is a good thing, because that could really impact things - we use internal notes for all kinds of things, and need those to be maintained through updates & changes.

    I experienced this last week while onsite for a program. With the fix, will the internal note, that disappeared, appear back into the individual's registration? Or is this something that is gone and we will need to manually update.  Thanks!
