    I got an email today to join and the link takes me to a unsecure website.  The email it came from looks legit, cventcelebrity@cvent.com. I could not find a website for it anymore.

    It's not as great of an interface yet, hopefully in time will get there with some of the features. They also unfortunately only ported over where your points were at the time of movement and not your historical count or badges, so you'll essentially be starting over fresh on the leaderboards :(

Having seen you engaged with us over so many years, you are one of the most celebrated members who enjoyed the program and your feedback is something we are actively looking into. I agree that the current interface may not yet meet all expectations and check the boxes, but trust me we are looking at bringing in some freshness that our old platform did lack. That being said, our entire team chose the new platform because of the simplicity it offers. I am sure you have already witnessed it too.

    Regarding the badges, it was a deliberate decision we were making so that we roll out a new and improved level and badging system. While we do relate to the idea of preserving historical contributions, moving forward to a fresh chapter was a conscious decision to let go of the past. At this stage, only points during our migration were carried over, but once we roll out our levels and badges in Phase 2, I'm sure you would look forward to that since it improves the gamification factor we had been exploring. Please be assured that we are actively exploring solutions to better reflect users' long-term engagement and achievements and we remain committed to continuous improvement.
