Our event is by invitation-only and pre-registration is required. We will be making recordings of our sessions available to all registered attendees after the event. Can we disable the ability for attendees to download the recordings?

Hi Janine,

For pre-recorded sessions, the video will continue to be available for replay as an embedded viewing experience in the Attendee Hub. For livestream or collaborative sessions that were recorded, the video will be available for replay as an embedded viewing experience in the Attendee Hub once the recording has processed, but attendees will not be able to download the videos from Attendee Hub. You as the planner can always download the videos on the backend from the session level or video library, but attendees will not be able to download the videos directly from Attendee Hub themselves. How do I set up session recordings in Attendee Hub?
