Our experienced Cvent Events team will provide personalized guidance, session recommendations, and support based on your attendance goals.     We are hosting a live pre-conference session, Lunch and Build: Craft Your Perfect Cvent CONNECT Agenda, on May 2nd at 1 PM ET for all attendees who are registered for Cvent CONNECT.

    So excited to see you in San Antonio, Tori!

    Not any major changes to the event format - although you will see lots of fun new activations this year, especially at our Innovation Pavilion (I heard there's a HUMAN CLAW MACHINE!).

    Tori, I see Travel in your signature, so not sure if you've heard the good news but we have tons of new Corporate Travel content this year! I would definitely recommend taking a look at some of those if you manage travel programs. :) 

    In addition, we have a bunch of fun experiential tours that we are doing on Thursday which would be great for you to join. Right now we have a rodeo experience, margarita hard-hat tour, and a TopGolf tour! These would all be incredible to take part in and super unique to San Antonio.

    Yay! So excited to see you virtually, Hallie!

    Were you able to join the session? 

    This year, we have a select few sessions available for our virtual folks so take a look at which ones will be livestreamed by logging into Attendee Hub and adding to your agenda. In addition, we will have TONS available as in-person to on-demand, so I would suggest logging in not just on the live conference days, but looking at the event after it's over because there will be a huge amount of content that is available in our on-demand library.

    Do you have any topics you are interested in specifically? I'd be happy to recommend some sessions too! 

    Unfortunately, no gifting opportunities this year for virtual - although we did have some available for the in-person crew!

    So excited to see you virtually, Kayla!

    I would definitely recommend of course our keynote sessions - CEO Reggie Aggarwal's, Jennifer Morgan from Blackstone, and just announced Karamo from Queer Eye! 

    Besides those, I think What's Your Event Worth? Linking Events to Revenue is going to be an incredible one. I know ROI has been a hot topic as budgets are getting tighter and tighter and this session is going to have some great actionable tips. As I mentioned to Hallie - we will also have TONS available as in-person to on-demand, so I would suggest logging in not just on the live conference days, but looking at the event after it's over because there will be a huge amount of content that is available in our on-demand library.
