Within Exhibitor Management, we have the ability to setup Exhibitor Categories. "You can choose to assign exhibitors to categories, allowing attendees to view exhibitors by type as well as in a list. To do so, click the Exhibitor Categories tab, then click Add category." You can read more about this in step 6 of this article: Preparing Your Exhibitor Management Portal for Attendee Hub
