Is there a way to not show the Hotel Request Form to group registrants? I don't see a way to do it on the widget.  For event, primary registrant is allowed 1 secondary registrant (guest/group) and 1 hotel room.  In the past with Cvent Classic, I could make a conditional question, if choose yes, need to book travel, I could show the Air Request Form.  I don't see a way to do that and limit for the 2nd registrant (guest or group). I was thinking of changing the Hotel request form optional and changing Form label from yes, need a hotel and no, don't need hotel to Primary (yes) and Secondary/guest (no).

Hello Denise,

If you are using Guest Registration Feature then you can make the hotel available for the primary invitee by using the setting mentioned below:
Add the hotel widget to the registration process > Scroll down to the menu on the right > Request Setup > Select Invitees for the option 'Who can hotel requests be submitted for?' > Publish

However, if you are using Group Registration Feature, and if the group members are following the same path then we cannot take off the Hotel Request widget. However, we can make it optional, you can follow the steps below:
Add the hotel widget to the registration process > Scroll down to the menu on the right > Request Setup > Select Optional for 'Make booking required for invitees?' > Publish
