  • 1.  Limiting one session

    I have multiple sessions.  I want to create a rule.  Once a session is selected, a message will display if they mistakenly try to sign up for 2.

    I notice the button for Allowing to select overlapping sessions.  Would I use this?

    Hi Rosie!

    That toggle will actually allow them to select sessions that are taking place at the same time. 

    I see you managing this one of two ways - you could put all of the sessions into a session group, which will make it so that the attendee can only select one. Or you can set up an Advanced Rule and set a limit of only one session selection.

    I like to use session groups whenever possible. It also depends on what you come up with as the session group name.
