Hi Kate,
You cannot embed Attendee Hub live polling questions directly into PowerPoint slides. You can use the Attendee Hub Live Display feature to show poll questions and real-time results on a separate browser tab or window. You can coordinate with a moderator to launch polls at the right moments and switch the in-room display as needed.
For in-person events, the recommended workflow is:
■ Keep your slide deck and the Live Display URL open on the presentation computer.
■ When ready to poll, switch the projector display from your deck to the Live Display browser tab. Click "Display" on the poll question in the Attendee Website or Event App to show the poll and results in real time.
■ When finished, click "Close display" and switch back to your slide deck. This allows for easy toggling between your presentation and live polls.
For virtual audiences, if using the Cvent Video Player, poll questions can appear as overlays on top of the session content, while in-person attendees see the poll on the Live Display screen.

When using the attendee hub live polling feature as a speaker or moderator at an in-person event, can you switch the live display easily from the live polling questions to and from the deck you're presenting?
Or, is there a way to embed the live polling questions into a deck, so a speaker can ask polling questions during the flow of the presentation, and display the results in real time while moving through the presentation?
