I'm new to cvent and used to EDAS and EasyChair for organizing a scientific conference with peer reviewed papers.

I'm looking for the following functionality:

1. allow authors and reviewers to revisit and modify their profile
2. allow reviewers to modify their own area of expertise/topic. We're using more than 200 reviewers, that change over the years.
3. allow reviewers to delegate someone else to do the review (eg someone else in their organisation)
4. allow reviewers to refuse to review an assigned paper (e.g. no match in expertise, no time)

The reviews will be based on multiple criteria and confidence (expertise) level of the reviewer. Is there a way to:

1. calculate the total weighted score of the review 
2. weigh the calculated score with the reviewers confindence level
3. calculate the weighted average score of multiple reviewer

It looks like NATO CSO does have our Abstract Management product contracted. Based on the above, it sounds like most of this can be accomplished with the Abstract Management product.
