  • 1.  Managing Venue Re-entry with app

    Hello everyone! I am managing a convention/trade show this year and one of the requests my director has is to be able to scan attendees' QR codes as they enter and exit each venue location in order to track each venues room capacity. If anyone has any information that can help me accomplish it would be much appreciated. Thank you.

    You can absolutely do this. If you're looking to do it yourself, you can use the OnArrival app and check-in attendees as they enter, and check-out as they leave.
    I believe you can use any apple or android device as you'll scan QR codes with the camera. I've attached a helpful article below.
