Thanks that does help some. But really looking for something before the transactions begin though so I can double check they are set to the right merchant account. As once a transaction happens I don't want to edit it....
(we are in the midst of changing merchant accounts)

Yep.
Try Cross Report -> Event Transactions and add field Merchant Account to the report.
There are two Merchant Account fields. Not sure which one works better for what you are looking for.
