Hello,

Some of our events require us to send multiple pre-conference emails. I understand in order to send an email to more than 100 people before the event is open, I have to use the save the date template. Unfortunately, when I create one email in the save the date template, I need to duplicate it into a blank template to keep the content before I reuse the save the date email for the next pre-conference email. 

What am I missing? Is there a better way to do this? Also, where did the ideas sections of Cvent community go? I would love to suggest this as a update.

Have you tried potentially using the invitation email? I don't think that has a limit--but honestly, I am surprised that there is a limit on the save the date email because that would go to the same list that would receive the invitation. Have you confirmed that the system doesn't just send out in batches of 100? I know that Cvent likes to know when emails are being sent to a large number of attendees to help process more efficiently.

The Ideas section is now under "Participate" > Product Ideas.
