  • 1.  Name Badge Backgrounds

    Has anyone run into the problem of the backgrounds they uploaded for a name badge not fitting on the screen??? We get these professionally printed, so the resolution needs to be 300dpi. However, when I upload my image, it zooms in instead of sizing it correctly. See images to see what I mean.

    I'm having the very same problem, not sure if you ever found a fix for this?

    It seems to be some sort of glitch with the system. I ended up deciding to ignore it when I couldn't fix it. Ended up discovering that the background would appear oversized in the preview online, but when I exported the badges, the background was the size I intended it to be. Hope that helps!
