  • 1.  New Appt feature available in the registration process

    Hello!  We currently have events that will need to schedule 1:1 appointments throughout the event during the registration process.  As of right now, the new feature does not allow for this.  We are setting them up as sessions at this time.  Does anyone have a better way to manage this process?  I hope to see this added in the future.

    Hi Beverly,

    Hope you are well.

    I checked about this and as of now, invitees can schedule an appointment via attendee hub or via the individual appointment event. You can enable attendee hub within your event and add the link to attendee hub within the email or confirmation page and the invitees will be able to login to Attendee Hub once they have registered and schedule the appointment.

    Or, you can create an appointment event and after the invitees have registered for the event, you can import them in the appointment event and send an email from the appointment event to schedule it at their end.

    Hello Raashi-

    Our goal is to add an Appointment feature during registration while we have their full attention, not afterwards.  By adding this element into the registration, we can easily allow them to choose their 1:1 appointment and it is locked into their agenda and confirmation.  Would like to not have to use sessions or the appointment feature after the fact.  I shared this in the Q4 update and they advised me to post this to the community.  Thank you for the information above though.  It is helpful but doesn't meet our requirements just yet.  Please see the attachment for more insight.
