You cannot add a true staff-only "notes" section to an attendee's profile in the event app. However, you could explore using out LeadCapture tool for this. Leadcapture allows booth staff to scan an attendee's badge then take notes on that "lead". You could repurpose the tool for your staff to use to scan attendee's badges and take notes. We do this for some of our Cvent events! If you are using OnArrival, you could also create a custom contact or internal info field (ex., "Internal Notes") in Event Management and let staff update it from OnArrival Admin mode.
