Today there isn't a single out-of-the-box report that will show the full, step‑by‑step status history for each meeting request and the time between every status change in one place. That said, you can get very close with a combination of existing reports:

To see where each request currently sits in the workflow across your custom statuses, use the Meeting Request Details cross‑event report. You can include fields like Code, Request Name, Event Title, current Request Status, Last Modified Date/Time, and Last Modified By, and schedule this report to run on a cadence.

To see how requests have moved over time and who made each change, use the Meeting Request Change History admin report. This gives you a row per status change (old status, new status, change date/time, changed by), which you can export and use in Excel/BI to calculate time in status and identify bottlenecks.

If you also want to look at this from the event side, the Event Audit History report can be filtered to events that have an associated meeting request and will surface meeting request history alongside planning status history and other audit fields.

Hello team,
I am a new CVENT user and am looking to create and schedule a report that tracks our submitted meeting requests across all of our custom event statuses.
The goal is to analyze the amount of time it takes for requests to move from status to status and to help identify potential delays.
I am only looking to pull these items:
Code (assuming this is the request's primary key)
Request Name
Event Title
Request Status (Workflow Statuses)
Updated On (Date/Time)
Updated By (Person/Guest)
Note (where update originated)
I see an OOB Turnaround time report, and an event audit history, but neither are detailed in the ways that I am looking for.
Is there an OOB report that allows me to aggregate the request status history so that we quickly look to see where a request is in the system?
Is this a request better vetted by our account reps?
