  • 1.  Orders and Cards restricted by Account?

    I've noticed that I can get data through the API for almost all areas. However, as soon as I try to pull data for Orders, OrderItems, or Cards, I receive a 401 Authorization error -- even with the proper event/orders:read and budget/cards:read scopes.

    Can someone please let me know whether this restriction is by design and may require account permission modifications?

    Hi Willem,

    A 401 can mean a bad or expired token, so it could be that this was the last call that was made and the token was expired, or it could be a scope issue. I would recommend reaching out to our Integrations team directly who can help you troubleshoot further! Cvent Support Hours and Toll-Free Numbers
