  • 1.  Page Banner Images in App - Having Trouble with Sizing

    Has anyone had trouble with uploading Page Banner images to the app (on Exhibitor page)?

    It says the recommended sizing is 1900x500 pixels, and I double-checked that my images are the correct size.

    However once uploaded, both sides of the image are being cut off completely.

    I've had the same problem. The 1900x500 pixels is size for the attendee website, but does not scale for the mobile app. I've found this for ALL of the graphics specs that have been provided. My sponsors have been up happy because I have had to ask for new artwork, despite asking for the CVENT recommended sizes. If two sizes of artwork are needed for the website and the mobile app, it would be great to get a cheat sheet that recognizes this.

    Claire, are you able to tell me the proper sizing for these images - have you figured that out?  I'm in a time crunch and need to get this figured out for our upcoming conference in 4 weeks!

    Hi Clare,

    I've had a similar issue.  Try using 1400 x 500.  That is what I recommend to my sponsors and so far it has worked well.

    Hope you are doing well!

    In regards to your query about the page banner image not showing up appropriately, I would like to inform you that the mentioned size i.e., 1900 x 500 pixels, is the recommended size however could vary image to image, also I would advise if you could try resizing the image to 600 x 400 pixels and check the same in the app.
