I have imported registrants into the large build via excel and I am wanting to now import participants and it is skipping my imported registrants saying that they are "NOT registered for session." Can someone assist me on what to do?

    Hi Amanda,

    Hope you are well.

When you are importing session participants, you need the following fields in your file : First Name, Last Name, Participant Status, Email Address or Confirmation Number or Cvent ID.

Along with this, please make sure that the invitee is registered for the session for which you are marking the participation.

And when importing participation via Attendees > Attendee list > Actions > import participations > Import participation for : Select 'The following session' option and then select the session for which you want to mark the participation. and import the file.

The error you received usually comes when the registrant is registered for the event but not registered for the session. You can always go to Attendees > attendee list > search and click on the invitee's name > go to the Agenda tab and check the sessions for which the invitee is registered for.

You can also refer to the article - How do I mark a session participant? -- Link: https://support.cvent.com/s/communityarticle/How-do-I-mark-a-session-participant

Please let me know if you have any further questions.

    I hope this helps.
