when registering for an event through Cvent, participants will now only pay via invoicing after registration. However, we want an option to pay, right at registration, via credit card. I do not get a drop down at intergrations. What exactly needs to be done to integrate this payment method?

If you want to process online payments via credit card through registration, you will need to get a merchant account set up first: What do I need to start collecting payments through Cvent? will walk you through the steps you will need to follow to get this set up and added to your Cvent account.
