If a Mini Hotel Code (MHC) has pickup in MARSHA, but is not showing in Passkey, first check to ensure the Passkey indicator is ON for the MHC. Information on this can be found here.
If the indicator is on, try making a small change to one of the reservations (such as adding in a dash (-) after the last name), saving, removing, and saving again. This will re-trigger MARSHA to resend the reservation to Passkey. If you do not see the reservation in Passkey after retriggering, refer to the daily GroupLink email for the rejection reason. If the reservation is not listed in the next email received, please contact MARSHA support and open a ticket.
