I'm trying to edit a pop up window that's appearing on my website for 'Registration not available'. However I can't find anywhere somewhere you can physically edit this? Is this possible?? 

This is what the pop up is looking like currently:

Some are able to be further customized from the site designer. In my experience, however, the platform allows you to customize only certain pop-ups and only certain parts of those popups. The rest are, as far as I can tell, out of the user's control. For instance, the speaker profile popup is frustratingly difficult to customize. Perhaps someone from Cvent can explain?
