I am still in the testing phase for my site. All registrants need to be approved which I have enabled. I am testing registration and when I approve my test registration, I do not receive the registration confirmation. Is this because registration isn't technically live yet?

I have no experience with approved registrations, but I believe you should still receive a confirmation as I receive them when I test confirmed registrations.

Yes, you should receive the registration confirmation email.  Make sure the confirmation email is set to active.

Hi Nicole,

Hope you are well!

When you approve a registration, you should get a pop up box which also has a text at the bottom that says 'Send registration-triggered emails to registrant'. Please make sure that this is set to 'Yes' and then confirm the registration approval. Apart from this, the registration confirmation email should be active in the event as well for it to go out to the registrants as soon as their registration is approved.
