    I am trying to add a PBL course to our lineup. How do I create a PBL session in CVENT?

    Hi Jamie,

    Great question about adding your Project-Based Learning (PBL) course in Cvent.

    Cvent doesn't have a special "PBL session type," so you'll create this as a standard session and label it as PBL:

    1. Open your event in Cvent and go to Agenda > Sessions.

    2. Click Add Session.

    3. Enter your details (title, date/time, location, capacity). In the title, you can call it something like "Project-Based Learning (PBL): [Course Name]."

    4. If you use tracks, codes, or custom fields to distinguish PBL, set those values to match your other PBL offerings.

    5. Click Save.

    If you're using an Access Portal to show your course lineup, just make sure this event and session meet whatever filters your portal is using (for example, by track, event code, or date) so it appears automatically.
