Some venues show "Advanced proposal" because those venues responded using a Smart Custom Proposal template. Smart Custom Proposal is a feature for venues to create richer, branded, more visual proposals that stand out from a standard proposal.
Venues that submitted a standard/basic proposal will not display that label in the report.
