Hello! I am hosting an event where push notifications are appearing within our custom app when customers open the app, but they are not receiving any notifications directly to their phone's notification center. Notifications are turned on within the app and in the phone's settings as well. Has anybody else had this issue with any events, and if so did you find a solution? Support has been trying to help but seem a bit confused as well. Thanks in advance!
