  • 1.  QR code scanning in chrome

    When using the website for our event, users on Chrome cannot scan QR codes. They do not see point values either. There is no option to do either. Is there a work around for this? Our event is live and I need to give them an alternative. See screenshot

    It appears Firefox is the same. Is the app the only way to participate in QR code challenges?

    Hi Matthew,

    Attendees cannot complete QR code game challenges via the Attendee Hub website. Attendees can only scan QR codes or enter codes manually through the Event App, not the website.
