Hello everyone,

Could you please help me with the creation of a QR code for one event?

The web link for this event summary is correct. The same link appears when I try to create a QR code. However, the QR code is linked to a different event.

How can I fix this problem?

Are you able to update the link for the QR code under OnArrival > Barcodes & Passes?

I personally haven't used the QR code before, but used a test event to try it out. 

In the Cvent Community I found this article: Adding QR Codes to Emails, but I found I don't have all of the features that are mentionedin the article.
