Summer is coming to a close. But that means event season is heating up! So, to build off of the excitement from last month's event technology trends to watch out for and elevating in-person events with the right event technology posts, let's continue the event technology discussion! 

Marketers and planners all have event goals. And to reach those goals, they need the right set of tools. Technology is no doubt a tool. But which set of technologies is right for you?

1. Why did you choose Cvent? What does Cvent offer that helps you reach your event goals? Cvent is where all the planners are and 95% of our RFP's come through Cvent.

Or, which feature are you waiting to get introduced as a Cvent solution to upgrade your current technology stack? Planner Navigator is the next big thing from Cvent that will assist us in achieving our goals! Very excited about this tool!

1. Why did you choose Cvent? What does Cvent offer that helps you reach your event goals? Our company chose Cvent almost a decade go. It's nice to have a one-stop shop to manage our events.

Or, which feature are you waiting to get introduced as a Cvent solution to upgrade your current technology stack? We're not using much other than cvent and a home grown mobile app. We then use Microsoft Planner integrated with our teams to project manage tasks.

1. Why did you choose Cvent? What does Cvent offer that helps you reach your event goals? We chose Cvent for its event management advantages. We used to use a lot of different software, but now we can do everything in one place.

Or, which feature are you waiting to get introduced as a Cvent solution to upgrade your current technology stack? As I mentioned, we used a lot of different software before. Now, we tend to use only one to ease our work. We can't wait for everything to become bilingual: website, app, better language management. When we will be able to launch a bilingual event, without making two different websites, Cvent will definitely be the best.

We chose Cvent as it provided an all-in-one platform to manage our events.
We haven't used any other platforms for events as part of our stack, but looking forward to getting back into Cvent for our upcoming 2023 event and seeing how the new features (ex. Attendee Hub) will be incorporated into our event and help drive engagement.

I've used aventri in another role, and one main thing I would like to see in Cvent updating attendee information in bulk - in lieu of importing. I would also love to see a task template for event building steps and the ability to integrate that to or from MS planner.

Easier API integration to link Cvent information with internal reporting / tracking systems used by other groups.

I am excited for Cvent to expand their onsite solutions capabilities and continue to coming out with new features.

When we initially made the switch to virtual during COVID, we found the Attendee Hub + the On Demand sessions really helpful. Now, all of our company-wide meetings are virtual so that we get to keep the On Demand catalog and use the sessions for training throughout the year.

I would love to see reaction icons ... I know we can use it in the chat, but other platforms I've been exposed to allow viewers/attendees to react on the video screen (much like FB live) so all viewers see the reactions.

Hello! I did not personally get to choose the use of Cvent in my organizations but now I look for that specifically when applying to new roles. I love Cvent and I feel like it is a great all encompassing event tool/technology that makes me excited about what I do everyday.
